Steph is a Clinical Psychologist who works with adults and adolescents to address a range of difficulties and enhance their psychological wellbeing. She works in a collaborative and genuine manner, applying well-researched psychological interventions in a way that is specific and relevant to each individual.​

Steph works with a wide range of presentations including (but not limited to) difficulties related to:
- eating and body concerns, including eating disorders - adjusting to significant life changes, including after traumatic event, illness, or injury.
- complex trauma and relational difficulties
- chronic pain
- difficulties commonly experienced by athletes (stress, managing life balance, injury, body image and nutrition, performance or training anxiety, retirement)
- work and school related difficulties
- stress, anxiety and low mood

Steph is a Board Approved supervisor and able to provide individual or group supervision on a regular or ad-hoc basis. .
